Palm users must provide us with the serial number of their device. you will be asked for your serial number at the purchase checkout screen. the serial number is located on the back of your Palm device, below the bar code, as shown in the pictorial below:
an alternative method for determining your serial number:
tap on the time display located at the top of the main screen.
now select "Info" from the drop-down list.
now select "Version" at the bottom of the screen.
the serial number is the sequence of letters and numbers following "ID:" at the top of the screen.
